Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 4-oz can green chiles
- 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 12 tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, line a sheet pan with parchment paper, place a pan on the stovetop and turn the burner to medium.
- Add the chicken and oil to the pan and cook the chicken.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the spices, cream cheese and chiles to the pan.
- Allow the cream cheese to melt and stir to mix everything together.
- When the cream cheese is completely combined with the chicken, remove the pan from the heat.
- Assemble the taquitos by adding a spoonful of chicken to the center of a tortilla with cheese then rolling the tortilla up.
