Ingredients
- 8 brats
- 8 buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced pickles

- 1lb ground pork sausage
- ¼ cup diced yellow onion
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
- 1 6-oz can tomato paste
- ½ cup bone broth
Instructions
- Place a skillet on the stovetop and turn the burner to medium.
- Add the ground sausage and onion to the skillet and cook to brown the sausage.
- Add the spices and tomato paste. Use a spoon to mix and combine the spices and tomato paste with the sausage.
- Pour the tomato sauce and broth into the skillet and stir to combine.
