These BBQ meatloaf meatballs are a quick and easy dinner recipe made with classic meatloaf ingredients for flavorful, juicy meatballs topped with a barbeque sauce glaze.
Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef or venison
- 1 cup cracker crumbles (about 20 crackers)
- 1 egg
- 1 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add the ground meat, egg, tomato paste, cracker crumbs, Worcestershire sauce and spices to a mixing bowl and mix to combine.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the mixture into equal size balls.
- Use your hands to shape the meatballs and place on a sheet pan.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
- After 20 minutes, remove the meatballs from the oven and brush the tops with barbeque sauce.
- Place the meatballs back into the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160 degress.
