Ingredients
- 28 oz bag tater tots
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1.5 cups chopped bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Pour the tater tots into a 9x13 baking dish and spread them out over the bottom of the dish.
- Crack 12 eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Pour in the milk and sour cream and whisk to combine.
- Add the cubed cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, bacon and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Stir to mix together.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the egg mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place the dish in the oven to bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
- After 45 minutes, remove the foil from on top of the dish and place it back in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the casserole from the oven when the eggs are fully cooked.
- Allow the dish to cool slightly before serving.
