Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, cut into 4 cubes
- 1.5 cups cane sugar
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 and ⅓ cups oats
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, measure out the ingredients and clear a space in your fridge for the cookies to chill.
- Add the cubed butter, cane sugar, cocoa powder and milk to a saucepan.
- Place the pan on the stovetop on medium heat, stirring continually and bring to a boil.
- Allow the mixture to boil for 60 seconds then remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Pour the chocolate sauce into a bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and oats to the bowl.
- Stir to combine all of the ingredients together.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to scoop about 2 Tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment paper in blobs.
- Continue to drop blobs of the cookie mixture onto the parchment paper until all of the mixture is used.
- Place the pan of cookies in the fridge and chill for at least 1 hour to allow the cookies to set.
